Installation Info:
The Canadian federal government funded this large commercial grid connect system to help achieve LEED gold certification for the building under Canada's green building rating system. Powersmart's engineers managed the installation and commissioning of the system. The modules were assembled onto a single plane and lifted onto the building by crane. |

Installation Info:
The City of Toronto funded this commercial grid connect system with the idea of increasing the array up to 1 MW in the future. The design included a ballasted roof mounting system that minimised roof penetrations. Two different solar modules were supplied so the city could evaluate two different technologies. Powersmart's engineers managed the installation and commissioning of the system.

Installation Info:
The Alberta government required power for their provincial forest fire monitoring network. They setup up 91 remote sites across the province with an off grid solar power system at each site. Powersmart's engineers managed the installation and commissioning of the systems. Each system was pre-assembled and then commissioned on site. |
